WE HAD SOMEONE RUN FROM ONE OF OUR POLICE OFFICERS, AND HE WAS PULLING IN THE PARKING LOT, AND THEY HIT HIS CAR AND TOOK OFF. SO THAT CAUSED THE PURSUIT. WE HAD SEVEN INCIDENTS WHERE USE OF FORCE WAS USED FOR DISTURBANCE CALLS, ONE AGENCY ASSIST AND TWO INTOXICATED SUBJECTS. THE USE OF FORCE WAS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT WE USED TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE SITUATION. SO IN THREE INCIDENTS THERE WAS A FIREARM POINTED AT A SUBJECT, TWO TASER DEPLOYMENTS AND TWO PHYSICAL FORCE WHERE THEY EITHER DID AN ARM BAR, MAYBE HAD TO USE CLOSED FIST OR KNEE STRIKES OR SOMETHING OF THAT NATURE. THEN LASTLY, WE HAVE OUR ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES. WE HAD FOUR POLICE ACCIDENTS IN OUR VEHICLES, THREE MINOR AND ONE MAJOR AND FIVE OFFICERS INJURED. THE MINOR INJURIES WERE SCRAPES OF THE ARMS, LEGS MAYBE BRUISED OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. WE HAD ONE OF OUR OFFICERS HAD A FRACTURED HAND AND SO HE WAS OUT FOR 4 OR 5 MONTHS. WITH THAT. OUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS, WE DID GET STARTED ON OUR BEST PRACTICES. SO WE'RE HOPING WITHIN THE 2025 WE'LL BE A RECOGNIZED AGENCY. WHAT HAPPENED DURING THE HOLIDAY SPENDING IN TERMS OF SALES AND THEN 10% OF BUDGET EXPENDITURES. THOSE HAVE OCCURRED, 18% OF PERSONAL EXPENDITURES HAVE BEEN SPENT. SO YOU SEE, IT'S BEEN MORE THAN TWO YEARS SINCE WE'VE ADOPTED OUR INCENTIVE POLICY.
