FROM AN ACTION STANDPOINT, THAT MEANS THAT THE PROJECTS CANNOT BE BROUGHT BACK FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS, AND IT'S NOW BEEN NINE SO THAT IF WE PAST THAT DEADLINE THAT REQUIREMENT, OR IT COULD BE BROUGHT BACK IF THERE'S A SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE PROJECT.
