OFFICER ROGERS BEGAN HIS FIELD TRAINING YESTERDAY, JUNE 9TH AND EXPECT TO COMPLETE HIS FIELD TRAINING IN OCTOBER OF 2021. THESE ARE THREE NEWEST OFFICERS, AND WE ALSO HAVE ANOTHER EMPLOYEE STARTING ON THE 15TH OF JUNE AND BE SAYING GOING TO THE ACADEMY ON JULY 5TH. QUITE A FEW SLIDES HERE WILL GIVE YOU A PRETTY QUICK FIRST WE'RE GOING TO DO A RECAP OF THE EXISTING PROJECTS. THEN WE'LL GO TO GET INTO NEXT YEAR WHAT WE HOPE TO ACCOMPLISH. ALSO TALK ABOUT A COUNTY PARTNER PARTNERSHIP. AND POSSIBLE BOND PROGRAM ELECTION. AND FINALLY, THIS IS, UH, THIS IS OUR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, SO WE WANT TO MAKE SURE WE'RE PROJECTING OUT AND SO THERE WILL BE SOME LONG TERM A LOT OF NUMBERS. BUT WE'RE REALLY FOR THIS FISCAL YEAR WE'RE FOCUSED AND WELL, I'LL ZERO IN ON THAT. SO, UH. THESE WILL GET STICKER SHOCK. AND STILL IN PROCESS WITH TCK, OR INITIAL PERMIT WILL BE. FOR 250,000 GALLONS PER DAY TREATMENT. THINK INITIALLY WE'LL HAVE A 125,000 GALLON. PLANT AND THEN WE'LL PUT ANOTHER MODULE IN TO GET US TO 250. THE SITE CAN EASILY HANDLE UP TO 500. 1000 GALLONS PER

DAY, AND WE CAN. IF WE NEED TO PUSH IT. WE CAN DO 750,000 GALLONS A DAY. THE GOAL IS NOT TO BE IN THE WATER TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT BUSINESS. THE GOAL IS TO GET THAT ULTIMATE MAIN TRUCK LINE, AND THAT WILL BE A FUTURE PROJECT. IT'S LIKE THIS. OK, SO COMING UP YEAH. THIS YEAR. WE'VE GOT GOT A BUILDING PROJECT FINISH. OFFICES FOR DEVELOPMENT SERVICES. THAT WILL COME FROM FUND BALANCE. THERE'LL BE A TRANSFER AT THE END OF THE YEAR. UH, ALL OF THESE FUNDS WERE DEVELOPMENT REVENUE FEES. WE HAVE AN ADDITIONAL GROUND STORAGE TANK. THERE'S AN EXISTING METAL. LET'S GO AHEAD AND GO THROUGH THE TALK THROUGH THESE AND SO. YEAH, WELL, THERE'S AN EXISTING CONCRETE. GROUND STORIES TANK. IT'S ON THE UPPER RIGHT OF THAT SIDE. THERE'S A METAL ONE. IT'S A 200 FT. THE CONCRETE ONE IS 600,000 GALLONS. THE METAL ONE THAT WE GOT USED. I THINK IT CAME FROM THE HOUSTON AREA. MAYBE EVEN KATIE. IS A 212,000 GALLON WATER GROUND STORIES TANK, AND IT'S NOT AT THE SAME LEVEL. IT WAS A MAKE DO TO GET US IN THE WATER BUSINESS. UH IT WAS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A TEMPORARY INTERIM SOLUTION WILL REMOVE THAT. SEE IF SOMEBODY ELSE WANTS TO I PROMISE AND BUILD A IDENTICAL 600,000 GALLON WATER STORAGE TANK IN THE PLACE OF THAT. AND SO THAT THAT'S THAT PROJECT, AND THAT WILL BE COMPLETELY FUNDED BY HARVEST COST RECOVERY FEES AS PART OF THEIR CONTRIBUTION TO OUR WATER SYSTEM. AND THEN. REALLY THE BIG PROJECT FOR NEXT YEAR IS PHASE TWO OF THE CATHERINE BRANCH. SO YOU SAW THE EARLIER PROJECT WHERE WE HAD THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND WE PARTNERED TO OVERSIZED THE SEWER LINE THROUGH. BUCHANAN AND FOSTER TRACKS. THIS STARTS AT THE WESTERN EDGE OF THE FOSTER TRACK AND TAKES THE SEWER LINE. ALL THE WAY TO THE BAKER TRACK PAST 1 56 NEXT SLIDE. THIS IS PROJECTED AT $7.2 MILLION PROJECT. AND. IT'S ABOUT WHAT WE ISSUED IN DEBT LAST YEAR. AND SO THAT IS.

THAT'S THE PROPOSAL THAT ALLOWS US TO GET SEWER SERVICE TO ALL THE PROPERTIES THAT WE'VE BEEN.

WORKING ON NEGOTIATING WITH, UM AS PART OF OUR SETTLEMENT WITH JUSTIN. WE'LL GO INTO MORE DETAIL ON SOMEBODY'S YES, SIR. BUT THAT FOR THE AUDIENCE, SINCE THAT'S SUCH A BIG NUMBER.

WHAT'S THE INTENDED? PAYBACK ON THAT IF YOU KNOW ON TOP OF YOUR HEAD AND THE FUNDING SOURCES FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION. WELL, IT WILL BE FINANCED FROM SURE FEES. IT WON'T BE A PROPERTY TAX BASED NOW WHAT WE TYPICALLY DO AS WE. WE GUARANTEE THE DEBT WITH PROPERTY TAX, BUT WE PROGRAM THE FUNDING OF IT WITH SEWER REVENUES TO GET A LOWER INTEREST RATE AND ULTIMATELY SAVE THE SIR CUSTOMERS MONEY. MHM. THERE ARE SUPER IMPACT FEES WILL GO OVER THAT A LITTLE BIT MORE LATER, BUT ROUGHLY A RESIDENCE IS ABOUT $900 IN SUPER IMPACT FEES. AND, UM. FOR RESIDENTS, UM, FOR, UM FOR AN INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE. IT'S BASED ON THEIR WATER METER.

THESE ARE THESE ARE DRY WAREHOUSES, SO WE'RE NOT GOING TO GET TONS OF REVENUE AND WE THE COUNCIL NEGOTIATED WITH. FOSTER AND BUCHANAN TO GET THAT OVER SIZING. WE WILL GET SUPER IMPACT FEES FROM SIX MUK FARM. FROM THAT PROJECT. UH, BUT. ALREADY KIND OF NEGOTIATED. ARE THOSE DEPENDING ON OUR NEGOTIATIONS WITH BAKER HUGHES AND COPE WILL SEE. LOOKING AT THIS AND PROJECTING IT OUT. WE BELIEVE THAT THE UTILITY FUND CAN'T HANDLE ALL THIS AND ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL IMPACT FEES. IT'S JUST WILL HELP SPEED UP THAT REPAYMENT OR THAT DEBT SERVICE.
