NEXT WE HANDLE THE BUILDING PROCESS, THE PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS AND ALL VARIETY OF PERMITS. THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THEM LISTED FROM BUILDING PERMITS ALL THE WAY TO HEALTH PERMITS. UM THE. WE HANDLE THE PERMITTING PROCESS . WE DO PLAN REVIEW AND THEN ONCE WE GET THE PERMIT, WE DO THE INSPECTIONS TO ENSURE THAT THEY COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS. AND THEN ALSO PROVIDE ROUTINE PATROL TO MAKE SURE THAT UM THINGS ARE HANDLED, SUCH AS BANDIT SIGNS ARE REMOVED AND MAKE SURE THAT CONSTRUCTION SITES OR KEPT UP. WE DON'T NECESSARILY USE CONSULTANTS TO GO OUT AND WORK ON OUR BEHALF, BUT WE HAVE SOME SEVERAL SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES THAT ASSIST US WITH DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION. UH, COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SITES, IMPACT DATA SOURCES A NEW ONE THAT WILL BE USING TO HELP US ANALYZE INCENTIVES AND MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE GETTING A GOOD RETURN ON OUR INVESTMENT. FOR PLANNING AND ZONING. WE CONTRACT WITH HALF ASSOCIATES WHO HANDLES OUR ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT REVIEW. WE'VE ACTUALLY OUR MAIN REVIEWER FOR HALF IS HERE AT THE MEETING TONIGHT. WE ALSO USE CONSULTANTS AND WE DO SOME SPECIAL PLANNING PROJECTS AND LARGER PROJECTS SUCH AS A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. AND THEN FOR PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS. WE CONTRACT WITH SAFE BUILT. THEY HANDLE ALL OF OUR PLAN, REVIEW AND INSPECTIONS FOR BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. THEY ALSO PROVIDE THROUGH THEIR CONTRACT PROVIDE A PROGRAM CALLED COMMUNITY CORE, WHICH WE ARE ABLE TO UTILIZE TO TRACK OUR PERMITS AND PLANNING AND CODE CASES. AND WE GET THAT FOR FREE AS AS PART OF OUR CONTRACT WITH THEM. AND THEN WE CONTRACT WITH BUREAU VERITAS TO HANDLE HEALTH PERMITS FOR PUBLIC POOLS AND FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS. UM. ANOTHER THING. I'M EXCITED ABOUT IT. WE HAVE NEW SPACE COMING SO THAT WILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE THESE NEW POSITIONS, 2000 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE IN THE BUILDING. JUST LITTLE BIT EAST OF HERE, UH, SHOULD BE READY NEXT MONTH, SO THE CONTRACTORS SAYING THAT HE'LL BE ABLE TO DELIVER IT. ON APRIL 1ST. SO THERE ARE SEVERAL PLANTS THAT ARE IN THE PROCESS OF JUST BEEN APPROVED OR WILL BE COMING UP PRETTY SOON, WHICH WILL ADD AH TO THE NUMBER OF BUILDING PERMITS THAT WILL BE BE POSSIBLE.
