THIS REPRESENTS ROUGHLY A 10% INCREASE OR A DISRUPT THE $35,000 INCREASES ROUGHLY EQUIVALENT TO ABOUT 10% IN THE AVERAGE TAXABLE VALUE NORTHLAKE HOME THIS BENEFITS, MOSTLY THOSE ON FIXED INCOMES OVER 65 ARE THE HIGHEST SUSCEPTIBLE TO NO INCOME GROWTH. THERE IS USUALLY CP ADJUSTMENTS, BUT THERE'S NOT A LOT OF INCOME GROWTH, USUALLY IN THIS AGE BRACKET, AND SO THIS PROVIDES SOME RELIEF WHEN WE'RE SEEING APPRAISALS GO THAT HIGHER THAN 10% SO TO QUALIFY FOR THIS, THEY HAVE TO BE HOMESTEADED RESIDENTS AS WELL. AND SO THEY ARE CAPPED AT 10% GROWTH, SO THIS SHOULD IF THEY ARE AT THE AVERAGE VALUE OF THE TAXABLE HOUSE, THIS SHOULD COMPLETELY OFFSET THE MAXIMUM INCREASE THAT THEY COULD EXPERIENCE THIS YEAR . CURRENTLY WE HAVE 263 HOUSEHOLDS THAT QUALIFY THE AVERAGE SAVINGS PER RESIDENT PER YEAR IS ABOUT $103. AND OUR ESTIMATED REVENUE LOSSES AROUND 25,000 ALMOST $26,000. AND SO EXEMPTIONS ARE ALSO RETROACTIVE. THEY GET IF SOMEONE QUALIFIED IN THE PAST YEAR THAT THEY ALREADY LIVED HERE, UM HOW THE EXEMPTIONS APPLIED. THE MAYOR PROTEIN WAS TALKING ABOUT THE COUNTIES IN OUR, UM, CONSULTANTS THAT PROVIDES THOSE UPDATES.
