INTEREST RATES AND PEOPLE WERE GETTING ALL THE CONCRETE AND EVERYTHING IN ALL THE INFRASTRUCTURE IS THERE EVERYTHING WAS A BIT OF TIME GOT BUILT AS QUICKLY AS THING EVERYTHING GOT IN HER CONTRACT. OUR NEGOTIATION WAS THAT WE WOULDN'T CONSIDER ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT WAS TALKED ABOUT IN THE PAST. UM BUT THAT THE FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICTS WOULD STEP FORWARD. AND COVER THE ADDITIONAL COSTS AS WELL AS THE PROPERTY OWNER DONATING THE RIGHT OF WAY, WHICH WAS NECESSARY TO MAKE THIS WORK. WE INITIALLY HAD A SCOPE FOR THIS. THAT WAS SOMEWHERE IN THE $400,000 RANGE. IS THAT CORRECT? AND WE WERE ABLE TO WHITTLE THAT DOWN TO ABOUT 220,000 FOR THIS BASICALLY INVOLVES STRIPPING EVERYTHING AWAY FROM THIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DOWN TO LITERALLY THE JUST THE ROAD ITSELF. EACH OF THOSE ARE GOING TO BE VERY DISRUPTIVE WHEN THEY HAVE TO GO WHEN THEY HAVE TO GO THROUGH. AND WE'RE TRYING TO STAGE THEM IN SUCH A WAY THAT, FOR THE MOST PART WILL BE SEPARATE FROM EACH OTHER SOUL. JUSTIN'S GOING NOW WHAT ROAD WILL BE LATER?
