REYNOLDS. THE PROGRAM IS TO REQUIRE REGISTRATION AND PERIODIC INSPECTION OF HOTELS AND RENTAL UNITS. IT WILL BE OPERATED BY OUR EXISTING CODE COMPLIANCE STAFF WHO HAS SOME EXPERIENCE WITH THE SIMILAR PROGRAM. AND THE PROGRAM IS EXPECTED TO GENERATE REVENUE TO COVER THE COST TO OPERATE IT. SO JUST TO SUMMARIZE AGAIN, THERE'S REALLY FOUR SEPARATE PROGRAMS, AND THIS WAS STANDARDS UNIQUE TO EACH. IT'S FOR LONGER TERM RESIDENTIAL RENTALS CAN BE APARTMENTS ALSO SINGLE FAMILY RENTALS.
