AND AS NATHAN SAID, THEY MATCH THE TOWN'S MASTER PLAN. WE'RE ALSO EXTENDING UTILITIES TO THIS AREA AS PART OF OUR DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN WATER LINES IN CLEVELAND GIBBS ROAD, A WATER LINE IN WHITE ROAD. AND WE'RE ACTUALLY CONSTRUCTING WE'RE PLANNING ON CONSTRUCTING ON WHITE ROAD AS PART OF OUR DEVELOPMENT WITH THE TOWN OF NORTH LAKE, WHICH IS ON YOUR FUTURE THOROUGHFARE PLAN. SO THANK YOU.
